Inflated Faline

Well, it's been awhile, and I probably still need to do some work, but this is one image that had been stirring around in my subconscious for quite some time.

It was partially inspired by the phatphat drawing of a bloated Faline from 'Bambi' (though phatphat called the drawing Fatline), as well as the piece by Virus-20 based on 'the old cartoon 'Snubbed By a Snob.'

Though here, we actually see that Faline has gotten herself inflated with some substance, and is either feeling a little sick, or isn't too happy with the fact that her hooves can't touch the ground. This was also a slight color test-trying to do away with as much actual linework as possible. I also wanted to deal with the effects of Faline's body stretching out, which would mean the stretching of the spots and coloration on her body. I could also do some coloration changes and turn her into Bambi.

This actually started out as a blueberry-themed inflation. I plan to blue Faline up somewhere down the line, as soon as I figure out the perfect setting for her to be filled with blueberry juice.
